Orange Vine Magazine
(www.orangevinemag.com) is a free online magazine and social utility
focusing on fashion, music, and international event promotion.
In addition to offering traditional magazine
content, we also provide a utility for promoters and venue owners to advertise
and market their events to an
international audience.
With all of the content being created by our
members, Orange Vine Magazine provides a unique online experience.
The conception of the site was based on the lack of websites focusing on localized events that are easy to find. When a member logs in to OrangeVineMag.com, they are immediately shown details of events in their city. Upon login, all event and venue information becomes localized to that member’s location. When registering, visitors have the option of becoming a promoter, venue owner, writer, or general user (photographer coming soon). Each member type has a set of specific functions to contribute content.
Our business model relies on the
premise that although Orange Vine is a socially driven promotional site, we have
several ways of enhancing our members’ experience.
With our sister company, Dabonaire Media Group
(www.dabonairemedia.com), we are able to provide event
promotional materials such as flyer design, web design and development, business
cards, and more.
These services would be most utilized by new venues
and clubs just starting out.
Advertising spots on the site and entire pages are
available for the seasoned venues and club owners.
Not only will their establishment be listed on the
site,
but it would be fully promoted and advertised as well.
We empower promoters
and venue owners alike, to utilize the system that Orange Vine Magazine
provides.
On a more interactive level, we are also capable of providing high quality event
photography within a 48 hour notice.
Essentially, we would like to become a centralized
online location to fully promote events on an international scale.
The future of Orange Vine Magazine is
very promising.
We have added over 30 U.S. and international cities
available to add events and venues—we do not plan
on stopping there!
Internationalizing the site is one of our most
important goals.
We are working on establishing relationships across the world.
Although we are currently targeting city nightlife,
we do plan on developing a promotional structure
for other types of venues such as: churches, community centers, restaurant grand
openings, and educational facilities.
As we achieve our goals we will become
more connected to other major social utilities and communities like Facebook,
Twitter, Digg, MySpace, YouTube, Flickr, and Ning.
In an effort to keep our users connected, some areas we will be exploring are desktop applications and mobile content delivery/creation.
