Sandra Lynch is a seasoned small business development consultant, California Tax Education Council (CTEC) certified tax preparer, professional bookkeeper, author, product innovator and entrepreneur.  She holds numerous Associate of Arts degrees from Santa Ana College in Santa Ana, California, including Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Small Business Management, Business Application & Technology, and Liberal Arts.

Sandra recently re-launched  It’s Hot! Cultural Art On. . . a company created about ten years ago to market her trademarked product PhanCFansTM   PhanCFansTM is unibody designed handheld fan that Sandra plans to replace the ole’ wooden stick church funeral fan.
