About the Author
Martha Turner is a native Atlantan and former opera singer turned crusader to
get women everywhere to talk about money in their lives. Self educated in
finance at the School of Hard Knocks, she is the new catalyst to change women’s
views about the strengths they already possess for being successful with money.
About
the Project
Tell Me About It!
is
born of a lifelong interest in money, a desire to expose the myth of
Wall Street, and the stories and remarks of women everywhere who are
dealing with money on a daily basis, whether they know it or not, (and I
don’t mean just buying shoes!) Women know so much more than
they think
they do, and we can help each other
just in the telling of our own
stories, and letting
other women know that they are not alone in this.
We are all in this together!
About the Book
Money Snacks
is a new daybook about the life experiences of women and money,
especially
funny ones. I’m exposing myself and what a dunderhead I was
so that other women can relate and not be so scared to take a look at
their own money; that they can become more informed and more powerful.
Each day offers a little plum of humor, inspiration, personal foible, or
advice that creates
a daily awareness of money in our lives. Irreverent
and addictive!
Motivational
Speaking
Martha is a charismatic speaker, gifted at changing women's views about
their own personal finance. Whether as keynote speaker or conducting a
seminar, Martha reveals to women the strengths
they already posses to be
successful with money,
and diffuses the fear and insecurity many women
associate with money.
