Litricia Curry was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She attended Tennessee State University in Business Management, before moving to Atlanta for over 17 years ago. 

Her past experience includes 8 years Property Management, a self taught Event Planner, a Trainer for several Restaurants wait staff, while accomplishing one of the most Prestige’s License with Major League Baseball for her Product called the “Spirit Stick”.

After becoming an Entrepreneur in several Business Ventures, and working within the Restaurant Industry.  A friend recommended she get into Property Management, part-time to assist in the apartment industry.  This soon became a greater milestone, in getting promoted to Property Manager, after being in business after two years.

Litricia, begin to think more of her Purpose driven life and wanting more.  She started her Apartment Locator business in January “2003”.  While helping several friends and acquaintances, she took the time to Plan, execute and make creative business sense to another level.

After winning the “WAOK” 1380 a.m. in 2003 with Rob Wilson Solution and Remedies contest, “Spotlighted her company over 81 other businesses.   

This accomplishment came with great rewards, after an investor believed that she Could take on a greater challenge. She opened her first store front office in January “2004” with high standards and attention to Excellent customer Service.  “She believes in serving one client at a time…and the rest will come. 

After several challenges and constant changes in the housing market. She believed,there was a greater need to have various optional services in Housing.  Her ideas and hard work has paid off in coming full circle, in launching www.wefindhousing.com. May “2008. 

Realizing the most important aspect of this business is being prepared for the wants and needs of our clients.  This will only be accomplished by staying abreast of the housing changing market. 

Litricia, values her time at home, along with going to her church, traveling, music, and the ability to build great relationships when ever possible.  While striving to make housing an easier transition as a attainable goal. My reward is seeing my childhood dream of owning a business and  helping others achieve theirs.
