Cory
Waye is one of today's brightest, young entrepreneurs. There is nothing
this kid cannot do. Cory was nominated to the McDonald's All American Basketball team in high school (1997) and later graduated from the State University of West Georgia with a bachelor's in Mass Communications. He anchored the sports news for 2 years at West Georgia and directed and produced the football team's weekly show "The Braves Report". In addition, he produced the team's end of the year highlight tape that was used for recruiting purposes. Using his imagination and creativity, he wrote and produced numerous television commercials for the University Television Station(UTV). In his spare time, Cory is currently a songwriter for a local publishing company in Atlanta. While trying to earn some extra income, Cory worked for a local rental car company which lead to a sales position in the car business. He began using his communication skills and bright personality and quickly became one the top salesman in the dealership. But there were some things in the car business that he disliked and wanted to change. Mainly, there were very few African-American dealership owners and managers. Secondly, customers had a negative view of the car buying process, they hated it with a passion. As a result, Cory launched an online pre approval website www.corysaysyes.com that is designed to get away from the traditional way of purchasing cars, make the process easier and quicker, and to educate customers of their purchasing power. He describes it as "your own personal credit union". He understands that purchasing a vehicle should be a fun process and the best thing a salesman can do is make it as smooth as possible for clients. Corysaysyes.com is taking the hassle out of the car buying process. With customer service being the main focal point, Cory is on his way to purchasing his own dealership! Visit: www.corysaysyes.com |
