In 1995, Victor Saad started a new career by building new homes in the Atlanta suburbs of Gwinnett, Dekalb and
Rockdale Counties.   Today, Victor Saad has a left his mark in Georgia. His homes are built to make a statement, and that
they do. He was the first builder to develop Million Dollar homes in Rockdale County. He is also the designer of his homes.  

His homes are very distinctive, and many with a Mediterranean flare. This may
have a bit to do with his back-ground.
It was 20 years ago that his family moved
to the United States from Egypt where he was born.  Victor believes a home must make a statement both inside and out.
His homes are like no other, no two are alike. His homes bring great detail and unique architecture.

Victor also believes that as a Builder you must become part of the community. During the Christmas Holiday for 3 weeks Victor donated the use of  one of his 2.7 million dollar home to the Boys & Girls
Club for a fundraiser in Conyers Georgia. His company is actively involved In many other community services, because he feels that it’s important he gives back to those who trusted him to build in their community.
