brand marketer; Monique specializes in leading
multi-million dollar globally integrated marketing programs
that drive sales, brand awareness and competitive advantage.
Monique has over 14 years of marketing experience in
entertainment, lifestyle and youth marketing, new brand
strategies,
consumer insights and global brand management.
As the
Director of Integrated Brand and Entertainment at Uniworld
Group, Monique is tasked with bringing strategic, coherent brand
positioning, and entertainment inclusion across the marketing
mix to the Uniworld Group clients.
Prior to joining Uniworld Group, Monique spent
9 years at Motorola Inc. in various marketing roles.
As the Global Lead for Entertainment Marketing, she was
entrusted with ensuring the Motorola entertainment and music
strategies and alliances lived up to their promise as a
results-driving strategic-marketing weapon worldwide.
She has been credited with launching the
following campaigns, Isle of MTV, Motorola E398, ROKR E1 with
iTunes and Gorillaz Live at the Apollo.
Monique was also member of the
Motorola Europe/Middle East/Africa Brand Communications Group in
Milan – and, prior to that, she worked with the Global
Brand and Worldwide Product Line Management teams in
Libertyville, Illinois.
Before being recruited by Motorola, Monique was an
Account Executive at the International Paper Company.
Monique has an MBA in International Marketing and
Finance from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business
at DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human
and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She
is an avid fan of music and travel, and she believes it’s
important to devote time and energy to volunteer efforts that
give back to the community.
