He is a graduate of Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tennessee, with a B.S. Degree, Business Administration and a minor in Economics. In addition, he also has an MBA, in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, Atlanta Campus. A Vietnam-era veteran Honorably Discharged from the US Army 34th Signal Corp, European Theater (Germany), he received advanced specialty training in telecommunication logistics and Network-Centric Digital Communications. Throughout his career, Mr. Sanders has been a hands-on-leader and advisor who feels as much at home one-on-one with clients as well as in an executive setting. His leadership style has earned him the admiration of his peers, other professional associates, and a variety of technical subordinates. Mr. Sanders’ focus on leadership and people have allowed his strong, performance oriented guidance to help small business owners quickly react to changing market conditions and adjust business operations to increase productivity to meet the most demanding customer service.
